Riot before release Poppy i hope you have fix her 2 problems

1-Her E bug!!

Explanation-When you E someone poppy rather than attacking the target he run away from target for some weird reason if that is not a bug i hope with her rework this to be fixed because any other collision skill work like

Skill-Collision-Attack (The normal Like Gnar or Vayne)

With poppy is

Skill-Collision-Starting to Running Back-Clicking again on the target-Attack

As you can see this can destroy a lane or a game so i hope this to be fixed

2-Poppy atm she dosent get Magic resist per lvl due to her passive now that her passive is gone i want to believe that she would have MR per lvl
