Champ Select Needs Fixing

For the almost the entire season I've been picking mid lane first rotation. I want to say that the number of times I pick mid first rotation compared to when I pick last for mid is at least 5:1. I've been playing a lot of other roles and notice it's not the case for them. When I play things like support I usually pick 2nd or 3rd. I don't know if this is a coding thing, but can we change this. It's hard to climb elo when you have to pick completely blind of enemy team and yours 70% of the time.
