The Bronze Void

Why is it so difficult to get out of bronze for so many people? I believe it is because it is full of so many trolls and feeders. I don't understand why when I go adc I have a fiddlesticks, or annie... basically a non normal support champ supporting me. We always lose! I can't dodge because then I have to wait 5 plus mins but then again I don't want to lose so what should one do? I don't understand how any champ can go any lane. For example an ez jungle and again I can't dodge and have to what to report the person but by then I've already lost. Why must we suffer we someone else can't play, is trolling, or feeding?

Choose or be classified as just along for the ride ;P

I agree that dodging is an essential part of team selection. Pre-game chat can reveal a great deal about the potential team-mates, and specifically can sort out the experimental fails before they happen.

would you rather lose 3LP or 20LP i usually dodge. 5 minutes really aint that long. take a potty break or grab some food. itll be over in no time.

Annie sup is great in the right team. I climbed out of bronze playing only annie sup. The reason people play apc sup's is because they cant trust teammates to position correctly so need to be able to carry themselves.

If you are really confident you can carry with decent peel then let your sup know and request they play a more traditional champ. They wont always listen but id be more inclined to pick a braum or janna if my adc says 'i have a 60% win rate on x champ if you peel for me we can win easy'

Remember it goes both ways though. You get mechanically terrible supports in bronze too and have to think would I rather have a sup that does some damage and then dies or a sup that does absolutely nothing to help me and dies.

Generally, that would be because they belong in Bronze.

They make basic and numerous mistakes throughout the entire game, including (but not limited to):

  • decision making
  • personal mechanics
  • item builds
  • masteries, runes
  • last-hitting
  • objective control
  • pathing
  • rotations

While feeders and trolls can be aggravating, they are only a small portion of the player-base and occur at all ranks. In Bronze, the far more likely explanation is that they just don't know how to play the game; if they did, they wouldn't be in Bronze.

If you deserve to climb, you will climb. It really is that simple.

Question. how do you know someone is "trolling" when the match hasn't started yet?

if you say they pick a champ for a role that doesn't usually do that role then I am ignoring you
