So, I have found out that Fiora can parry summoner spells like Ignite and exhaust, and not just like the first tick of dmg on ignite, the whole thing just goes poof. this needs to be taken out, I don't know if Riot actually reads these but I hope they do, or find out another way.
To be honest, if you can predict and parry an ignite, that's insane luck.

Even if she really can parry ignite or exhaust, how could a Fiora player counter it unless they had psychic abilities? They probably wouldn't take it out because countering summoner spells is extremely impractical
