Garen makes me feel like I should ff@20 and quit league

Let me start off by saying I am not a great player, I am not competitive and I have only been playing league for about 8 months. I mostly play team builder because I shy away from ranked games.

One of the biggest headaches i've had since this juggernaut patch has been champions like Darius and Garen.

I've learned to accept darius but Garen makes me want to rage quit every game if he is a half decent garden player.

I understand that in high elo and ranked games people draft accordingly and casuals who dont draft become casualties but at the end of the day unless you have a team that is directly built to deal with one champion you are going to have a bad time.

Dealing with Garen mid to late game is a nightmare he wont die and he does tons of damage. He literally face rolls into an entire team and come out the victor if not dies after taking 3-4 lives with him.

I obviously dont understand what part of this is balanced so I want to know, What part of this is fun? Who thought it would be a good idea to introduce to a game a tank champion that does tons of true damage and does not die?

I hear he has a super high ban rate, so why doesn't Riot do something about this?

Is anyone else as frustrated as I am?
