Volibear's state right now.

So, this is kinda adressed to the champion update team but who am I to say we can't open a discussion here as well. What do you think of Voli right now? I have played him sicne 2 weeks after he came out (the first week he went f2p), and I've had really great games with him in the past. In the present, though, even if I keep winning most games with him, I think he feels outdated. Don't get me wrong, he's really nice as a jungler and he has good ganks, but... in teamfights you either + Q onto a carry, sneak from behind somehow (and the higher the elo, the less likely that is to happen) or just dive in and soak as much damage as you can, landing your W if you're lucky. The higher your league, in my oppinion, the less efective he is (I'm at Gold II, which is kinda mid-elo). I'm not speaking about him being weak or something like that (I would love some buffs but I know they are not necessary), I'm talking about him being a bit "out of the game", and outdated in terms of mechanics. So, I'm not asking if there are any plans on reworking him (I doubt there are any), I'm more asking about your oppinion (specially Rioters!)about him needing some kind of tweak.
