@Meddler Are there any nerfs planned for Maokai, Sivir, Ryze and Azir?

These champions are ridiculously overpowered. Maokai is the best tank in the game, he can take raptors at level 1 or give it to his mid laner, giving them an experience advantage right off the bat, he's really safe in lane, is incredible at setting up ganks, has extremely reliable initiation with his point and click root and has tons of utility. Sivir is undoubtedly the best marksman in the game right now, bringing some of the best damage and utility from her role, leaving no reason to want to pick any other marksman. And Ryze and Azir are the best mids in the game, Azir excels in every part of the game, can shove his lane relentlessly from 2000 range all the time, to the point where he doesn't even need to take teleport and has insane amounts of both damage, utility and safety. Ryze has always been broken, his infinite snare is retarded and his single target damage is ridiculous.
