Ashe's Changes: New Core Build and Does IE Work With New Ice Queen?

So with the changes to Ashe It got me thinking about a new build, My first thoughts were: item 3031 item 3085 item 3153 item 3035 as Core and then whatever other Items are needed in various situations. But then My friend Mentioned to me that The higher damage from item 3072 might be better to use on Ashe instead of the % Health from item 3153 so then that would be added to the situational list, Making the new core item Build item 3031 item 3085 item 3153/ item 3072 item 3035, but then I started thinking, is item 3031 even good to build first? Would Ashe benefit from the item 3031 Unique Passive: 250% Crit damage? If she doesn't then item 3046 would be a better first item Right? Higher Crit chance and all (Which raises her Bonus damage), and if you build item 3046 first, then you wouldn't want to build item 3085 second, because then you're lacking damge. So I guess my main Question is, does Ashe Benefit from item 3031, and Second Question What do you guys think the Core Items for an Ashe would be?

I don't think Runaan's will be core, tbh, as the sidebolts do not benefit from the passive guaranteed crit and also do not apply on-hit effects during Focus.

From what I've understood, IE is still her main item, now more than ever for her new passive since item 3031 gives you damage and crit which put together with the passive would make her damage insane. I don't know if item 3085 would be good for her or not yet but with her perma-slow I believe it would be great for the AS and passive making your DPS pretty good. I do suggest BOtRK would be better than BT at first but maybe get both , it all depends on how everything is going in a match. LW would definitely be necessary for the Armor Penetration and damage. At least that's all my opinion.

We might end up seeing a Muramana/Crit/Cooldown, mid ashe due to her Q changes. I mean, once you get 5 stacks you do massive damage every auto attack, so I can EASILY see a Ghostblade becoming very common on her, just for increased attack speed while you have Q active, and if each of those arrows proc the Muramana passive, thats like, a ton of damage really quick. We could even see something like a modified Urgot build.

item 3070 into item 3134 followed up with item 3006 and then item 3042item 3071 for phage and CD, with maybe a item 3046 or item 3087 for extra passive damage and attack speed, and item 3142 in there too, just for the active, i mean that will put her attack speed up there, which, if muramana procs on each arrow from Q at 5 stacks, will be a LOT of damage in a short period of time. Could even be assassiny damage if you can get 5 stacks from her W. You could even use the Ghost blade to get the 5 stacks as quickly as possible. She would shred armor quickly with her ghostblade and BC, which would increase her Q damage a lot more. You'd need blues to handle the Muramana mana leech, hence the Mid lane status instead of ADC. Though if you have, say, a Vladimir Zed Shyvana as top/mid/jungle, an ADC ashe could use this build.
