Lee Sin+liss
If lee w's to liss but while he is traveling to her, she "teleports" to her claw location, does lee stop at origin or does he go all the way with her?

From memory Lee Sin will follow other units that blink/dash with his W up to a certain maximum distance (so he won't follow someone across the entire map if their teleport completes mid dash for example).
As far as whether Lee goes all the way with Liss, well, that's their own private business.
I would assume that Lee Sin would travel with her, until they make contact.
Abilities that lock on to a target tend to stick with them until they are reached.

Lee does not follow anyone with W. Once it is cast, he immediately dashes to them, regardless of where they end up being while Lee Sin is traveling to them. He does not home in on them the same way his Q homes in.
from my experience, lee dashes to the position which his target had at the point of cast
