New Game Mode: Champion

Summoner's Rift 5v5 Draft Pick No different than a ranked match but...

No summoner spells except Smite (champion smiting is disabled) Raw stats only from items (no item actives/passives/bonuses)

This makes the game 100% reliant on champion kit. This is the way I dream of playing the game.
