always demand tank support and if ur support says no then u don’t heal him, let him get caught out , don’t even try to start a fight, don’t even bother to save him. Always play passive and loot. Ward at river to keep an eye out of jungle remember to run constantly. Always clear waves
Hey there Favril!
As a fellow adc main, I can try and give you some pointers for climbing to gold that I don't hear very often, and tricks that I used to get to platinum.
For ADC, I would pick champions that punish mistakes really hard. I find that from iron-silver elo, people behave like they're in an automatic loop, and will play the same way/make the same mistakes over and over, This can range from the enemy not warding, to doing dragon without sweeping, to their support using their spells whenever they're off cooldown (regardless of how/why). And it falls on you to punish them.
It's also generally good to know if you are going to lose a fight. If your team starts to lose one, it's ok for you to back out, instead of dying with your team. Silver elo is a weird place where anything can happen, and skill/team coordination varies wildly.
I find it best to pick champions who can commit for 2 seconds or less, and back out just as quickly. Champions like:
Tristana, who can jump on out of position botlaners Twitch, who can ambush splitpushers with an ally Lucian , who can combo whoever steps up, etc.
These champions are also decent at splitpushing if either team is too uncoordinated.
I find that if my team is too-AD heavy, I pop out the Ziggs and play the harassing-game. He can also punish teams who give up a siege too quickly, and can smash his way through turrets with his passive and W.
For general in-game playing across all roles, try and op.gg your allies and your opponents. If you have an ally or opponent on a loss streak, stay wary. If its your ally, work with someone who is less likely to tilt. If it's an enemy, make them your focus; it might tilt them and cause sloppiness. If your ally is tilted in champion select, dodge the game and wait a good 3 minutes before re-queuing, so you don't encounter them again.
Hope this helps, best of luck :)
