League game crashing in game and freezing. Please help! Any advice is welcome!

So my game is freezing and crashing with bug splat coming up some of the times. It seems to be at random times never a consistency. I've done their repair hextech tool. I've reinstalled the graphics drivers, I've updated the directx12, and the dotnet 3.5. I've also tried reinstalling league on a different hard drive but to no avail. My brother says reinstalling Windows should fix my problem but I'm not having ANY issues on my computer or ANY other game at all. It's literally just League and that's it. So do you guys think reinstalling windows would help or not?
