a few things before i go

After an extended break of about 3 months I came back refreshed and ready for for the season, but again I'm drained this time sad to say its for good. league has changed so much from the strategic slow paced game I first joined, lane phase could last a good 15mins. Champs would either be early game lane bullies, mid game spikers or late game hyper carries. Now its a 20minute burst or be bursted mess basically which is far to often decided within the first 10minutes. Gone is that 15minute lane phase, now replaced by towers falling at 8minutes into the game.

the games matchmaking appears to exist to punish those who succeed, all to often players who are doing well by winning games get placed into teams with far lower MMR than us while the opposing team seems to have a people on the same level of MMR.

Your new player levelling experience is a complete joke, bots still run rampant after 5 years, its a disgrace. This should have been dealt with ages ago.

The balance team should pro actively balance the game, they have the data to be doing this rather than far to often slowly reacting to issues. Ardent censor for instance was a problem early last year, i believe it was Rubik (sorry man i forget how to spell your name you change it that often) that pointed out that this was going to become a major problem in the future. Brand is another glaring problem currently, i don't know how long riot will take to deal with him.

ADCs have way to much relevance in the game, we have been talking about this for years now on the boards, Items are to cheap and damage is way to high. lifesteal should be dealt with, seemingly they are in line for another update but i wouldn't bet on it actually fixing anything. Going by riots track record i would bet on it causing more issues

assassin update was actually fine in theory, giving them counter play was the way to go but because of the above and the balance teams unwillingness to deal with adcs the update was doomed to fail

LCS has been a borefest since season 4, juggernaut update was an exception. Why on earth anyone wants to watch and adc 3 tanks and a utility mage fight each other is completely beyond me, would rather sit and watch soloque game.

unless things change drastically which i doubt i will play the odd game here and their but i am unwilling to dedicate a chunk of my free time to this game anymore, its not a bad game its just not the one i once loved to play.
