I'm just your average joe who wants to play a nice game of league.

I've shaken off some of the salt I conjured up in my last game of League, and now I want to take to the boards to discuss the problems with the reworked champion Malzahar. I've thought about many different ways to phrase this question to get my voice across clearly, and I decided to stick with this one: Why the fuck does Malzahar get free invincibility and a free spell shield as a passive? Call me whiny or bad, but I don't see why you give a champion, who is already good enough, a passive to let him simply dominate 1 vs 1 scenarios? Malzahar does too much damage, even in early game, to give him a get-out-of-trade-free card. Furthermore even if you do manage to counter him, he has enough range to farm and harass safely from his tower, AND even if you 2v1 dive him he's still got that shield that almost guarantees failure. I know, I know. You can always ban Malzahar or play him or counter-pick him, but is that really what League has turned into? I used to be able to play the champions I practiced and do very well simply because I knew the mechanics and basic strategy well, but now you can't possibly be "good" without having the perfect lane matchup and team comp.

I would not be nearly as mad about Malzahar if this hadn't happened with many many different champions and items these past two seasons. Clearly, the game has evolved from what I'm used to playing, and I say it's changed for the worse. The game is marketed towards a completely different mindset now, and to be completely honest, I think it's catered towards the worse players that need a set guideline to follow in order to win games. Season 6 is linear, meaning there is only one way to play or else you'd better be much better fundamentally than your opponents or be ready to take some heat from your teammates. I'm aware that at this point it sounds like I'm just bitching about losing, but I want to suggest one thing: If there is a champion that seems overpowered after playing 10 games with it, don't release it. I'm tired of having to subscribe to the same strategy every game just to have a chance of winning; I want to play without having the fear of getting 2 shotted by t-lord Renekton or being chunked to death by Fiora's true damage even though I'm playing Malphite. #MakeLeagueGreatAgain Okay that is all, you can downvote now.

When riot breaks a champion, it takes at least 10 patches for them to admit it was a mistake and nerf it to the ground... unless is Darius, then they put it as their avatar for their youtube channel and proceed to ignore any whining.
