@Meddler, Can we get some context on the red buff dot nerf

Making the DOT not have it's first tick on hit will be a really big nerf to all the junglers that it was changed specifically to address who were not in the best of states and not to mention many of these champs are already struggling quite a bit with their first clear. Will machete be getting any more buffs to help out those junglers who are already taking so many hits with the removal of the gromp and krug smite loss, and raptor camp mauling them. Or will the large number of effected junglers that will already be needing attention finally be getting looked at?
