There needs to be some adjustment with matchmaking
Duo have their MMR inflated so they are either paired with 3 people worse than them forcing them to carry or 3 people better than them. What happens wihen you have two pairs of duos in your ranked game is that the imbalance increases exponentially. I'm not saying to remove duo from Solo/Duo que, but to match make it better. In a game, there is a pool of 10 players, if there are two pairs of duos, why the fuck would you put them on the same team. There should never be a pair of duos on a team and instead have a duo on each team. For example, in the screenshot, either swap my bot lane with their botlane or my mid+top with their mid and top so both teams carry the burden of lugging the duos. The only time where two pairs of duo are allowed on the same team is if the other team has one or two pairs of duo themselves.
Arrangement for match making should look something like
