Questions for Server Administrators and Developers behind the Servers!

As part of a project I am working on, I am in need of people knowledgeable in server administration to answer some questions to aid my research. I heard from the support team that the League Boards were the best place to go in terms of reaching out to staff so I hope that someone can reach out. If you are able to answer my questions then please let me know by emailing me at [email protected] (This is a public email I use and have opted into publicizing and can be found at my website explosionfish.net (not trying to self promote promise) and thus is not breaking the personal information rule!). I will respond with the questions that I have, I am required to do this through email thus I prefer it, however I can probably say screw the rules and post the questions here tomorrow.

Additionally if any non riot server administrators that are in the league community see this and feel qualified to answer questions, (the qualification is very easy to meet, just run a server of any kind and you're qualified) and want to answer questions, feel free to contact me or respond in the thread when I am able to post questions.
