What in the world would it take to get players to break balance discussions up by MMRs?

No seriously guys what is required here to get players and board users to understand viability and strengths of champions vary across different mmrs? I feel like this should be self evident. Look I can run all kinds of champions in bronze and destroy with them but if I was a bronze player level of skill this would be impossible for me. I don't understand why so many folks feel there is merit in dismissing the complaints of others with out giving any consideration to the inherent differences in your gameplay experience. To be clear this issues not inherent to just low elo, high elo has it to. Champion X when played well is very strong, or if its played with a good teamwork its very strong, that's more likely to be an issue for upper elo.

Look I get that we are all playing the same game but please keep in mind that not all of use have the same experiences playing that game. At the end of the day its ok for league to have champions that thrive only in higher mmr or lower mmr. Not every champion needs to be good everywhere, all the time, in every comp. when that gets requested I feel that is asking for skill floors and ceilings to be gutted and normalized across the board. Then to top it off you would still end up with a meta that excludes several kits, only now they have 0 place in the game in any division.

I know some are gonna disagree with that last paragraph a bit but consider this before posting. If we set universal top level of power to every kit and all champions live on that in their best case, why would you play the more difficult champions when you can play easier ones for the same result? If we don't have all champion on the same power curve and one could play a more difficult one very well to get a stronger best case, why would you play any one weaker? Way I see it, there is no good reason to play difficult champion in option 1, in option 2 the reason to pick other champions is cuz you cant play hard champs well enough to see their best case uses making them a less then ideal option. Option 1 stagnates the game, option 2 keeps a higher range of champion viability across the game even if not ever champion is viable in all mmrs.

Just my opinion here and if you feel its relevant to reality I encourage you to try to keep in mind the variance in player skill when talking about balance, and tailor your advice and suggestions for folks to consider proper level of skill for the player your chatting with. Don't be like me and mistakenly encourage a RL hommie in bronze 4 to pick up Xerath or Ziggs in a good poke meta then spectate them a week latter to see them miss almost every skill shot and use R to wave clear and blow every ability when its off CD the moment its off CD and burn their MP pool out. Turns out what they needed was better mechanics, not a strong pick for the meta.(Example pulled is not from current season)
