Support Secondary = Support Primary

I know this gets covered quite often, but it still hasn't really been addressed by riot. (if it has, please leave a link) I feel that if I have a secondary role, I should receive it about once every 3 games or so. But, often times this doesn't happen if you queue with support as your secondary. As many of you know, you'll get support about 99.999999% of the time, which is really annoying. Same goes for mid primary and top secondary, it's about 50/50 for each role. I would gladly wait a few more minutes in queue if I could play whatever I was in the mood for.
