Stoneborn Pact Buff

With HP on the top end being reduced will we see Bond of Stone receive a tweak to its numbers? I personally would like to see the base healing increased over the HP bonus. This way if I wanted to I could use it on Nami, Rakan, etc. without losing much for them not being true tanks.
