Could Jungle Fiddlesticks get some love?
He already is not so good against champions with lots of CC (Tanks), maybe you could make his heal be independent of his Drain damage so he isn't doubly bad against their resistances.
His Drain could be more powerful in the first second and slightly less during the rest to balance it out. That way if he's up against Assassins he gets a little more Healing before their burst kicks in and if he's up against the more common CC nowadays, he gets a little more value out of the ability before he's interrupted.
You could take some power out of his ultimate's rank up damage and put some more into rank up Cooldown Reduction so he can use it more freely throughout the game instead of having to swing around key teamfights.
