Morganas Dark Binding (Q)
Is the cooldown to low? Is the hitbox too large? I gotta say Morgana Bind is really scary right now.

Her kit for the most part is built around her binding, which means missing it makes her a bit "eh".
Morgana's considered fine right now anyways, she will always be a pain even if she's not top pick though just because of how she works as a champion.

It has been nerfed multiple times as it is. Morgana does not need any nerfs.
Just why? You should try playing morgana and try to understand on why the things are how they are. Then you can talk about nerfs.
