If i ever get locked into a game i simply throw a movie or a game like hearthstone on my second monitor.

Yea, you got something there, the game needs to detect that your are outnumbered and lower the requirements for the afk/disconnected players. 2/3 votes should be an absolute surrender, the last vote could be a troll.
i would love a AFK test command, and your teammates would have to respond in chat /alive /not afk (example) or press a pop-up window at the side of the screen so that afk players get disconnected. would help with shitty bots too.

What I hate most of all is how it defaults non-votes to no.
If theres 5 people, 3 vote yes 1 votes no and 1 doesnt vote thats a 3 to 1 vote, and it....fails? If someone doesnt vote, they either chose not to vote, are trolling, or are afk, there is literally no reason to to default those to a no vote.
