Rank Ques

Why is it that there is a certain time or certain amount of games you have to play in normals to get an actual good team in rank? When I say good teams I don't mean the best, winning, skilled... I mean ones that will actually work together and has a positive attitude win or lose. Straight up this morning i got qued with a top laner who fed first blood and 2 kills then he raged and afked without warning... and next a support who decides to RANDOMLY troll and lost us the game when we were SUPER AHEAD! its not just today its any day. This system is hella dumb, to be qued up with toxic trolls who's purpose is to just lose the game on purpose and laugh about it back to back to back. I feel that they should either be strictly punished or be grouped up and qued with ppl of their kind. At this point if my rank games are constantly like this which it already is... i will constantly be getting demoted and reclimbing because there are players who loves to troll and not even try to win in rank games...

I'm sorry... This is just a rant.
