I Never Got Out of Load Screen

Riot, this was completely your fault. I loaded to 100% like normal. One person on my team still wasn't there. No picture, no nothing. So I waited. FOREVER. Finally I decided to relaunch client. Showed up in the game with 13 minutes gone and my team got rekt. Top it off they give me a leaver buster. This should NEVER Happen!!!!!
