New Champion Select Suggestion

So I was very excited about the new champion select. Personally, as a support main, I've almost never had an issue getting my role in games on teambuilder but when I do want to switch it up I know it could take a bit of time to play a champion I wanted or a role. I thought the suggest champ select sounded like a good balance of both getting everyone in que promptly while also letting them have the option to pick their roles. However, I've played 15 or so games now, all as: Primary Support; Secondary Fill. I've gotten support once. I will continually get top and jungle and bot and never support and once I'm in it's just like "hey you're stuck now! have fun!!"

I know that in order to have shorter que times at times I'm not going to get support but it's very hard to believe that in 8 ranked games and 7 normals I've only managed to find one game needing a support.

I feel like there should be an option to choose to accept a role. For instance:

Primary Support; Secondary Fill - Que Up and then a game is found and a notification pops up "Game needing a Jungle" I'm a terrible jungle. Just really learning so I deny that and get put back in que. game is found "Game needing a mid" Well I can do that. Accept match.

I just think we shouldn't on a 1/15 ratio be forcd into roles with 0 control. Even if I said Prim Support; Sec Bot or Mid or Top why should I always be accepting my second choice with no real warning besides "Hey! You're in game. Quit and you will get a 5 minute wait, plus a black mark on your account, plus possible penalties."
