Ashe needs her Frost Shot icon back.

Since a long time ago, Ashe's active frost shot no longer produces a buff icon and the only indicator that it is on is the small swirly blue thing and the light sparkles on her bow. This makes it difficult to tell whether it is on or not :C

It would be a great qol buff is she could get it back.
