IP Usage idea.

Once the new rune's come to the summoner's rift in november, we will no longer have a reason a to use IP for anything but champions. Meaning that IP will become virtually useless in the game so i was thinking about something.

In several games around the world (mostly korean and japanesse games) they adopt a use of in game currency known as the "Garapon" which is basically exactly what hextech chest's are. So why not make a kind of chest that can be bought with IP, a considerable amount of IP would likely be the cost of a chest buuuut it gives a use for them, in addition being able to buy key's with IP as well(again for a considerable amount).

This chest could be exactly the same as normal chests or worse, a lot of games use this system where in game currency get's you a much lower chance at rare stuff but i never really had a problem with it because at least i had something to do with it.

A good system would be to have a few different types of chests you can buy with IP, the more expensive the higher likelihood you'll get something good until you get a REALLY expensive one that guarantee's you something good.
