Is this legal?

Hey so I'm xephattack I have been playing league for a while and I have 2 questions I notice that the main reason I'm doing bad in games is i get wayyyyy too close to threats in fights and I was wondering if 1 there is a program that will show me the range of all the enemy's on the opposing team and 2 is it a bannable offense to have something like that and just to be clear it'd only be visual I want to improve myself not get boosted by hscking that shits for weebs anyways thanks for taking the time to read my post have an amazing day/night!
