Tanks need a damage nerf but need to be way tankier. Champions like Zoe, Cass, Lisandra, Anivia and etc need mana costs past item While unpopular in opinion assassins should have to poke before they can full combo you to death. 100-0 should never happen unless extremely fed.

Also unpopular in opinion adc's need trade offs and shouldn't have easy access to defense items (specifically ga being catered to them I want to build it on non-ad champs again). That being said enchanter supports should actually heal shield. This being aggressive in lane just to get gold while dealing more damage than what you actually prevent is actually garbage.

Also probably unpopular opinion damage/defense should be changed just enough that the jungler doesn't come into mid/top/bot level 2 and half health his target with two abilites and an auto.

Edit: It also needs to be said but champions with spam able dashes/damage like yasuo and riven need an actual internal cd between uses.
