Fiora is in need of buffs

AND YES her win rate dropped from the 50+ i think down to around 45% but this isn't a buff or number or new mechanics when we hover over her passive can it please show close we have to be for vitals to apply and how far we have to go before vitals disappear

this is primarily to help abuse a tactic in lane where fiora goes far away to change the direction the vitals facing,knowing the distance it would take would help
