We NEED items like Irelia's new passive.

Added damage to shields is incredibly necessary given the fact Grievous Wounds doesn't apply to them. I'm not saying it should be put on an 80 AD/ lethality or 120 AP item, just something where the effect is the main purpose. Something niche like that to work against champions like Riven, Sion, Nautilus, etc. and Locket so that it can be balanced to reward those who buy it without having to drop nerfs onto support and self-shields.
