LOL Client not responding when we are picking champions

Hey, Riot.

It has been a long time that we, sometimes, have got in troubles with the Client. It happens everyday that the client is not responding when we are picking champions. Quitting a game in picking champions section leads to AFK queue. This always makes people unhappy, especially for those people who are in promotion game.

And as we know, this may happen for different reasons. It is too hard to fix this problem since different computers have different reasons that cause this problem. There are so many computers in the world and the not-responding problem happens frequently.

So here is my suggestion:

We should have a tool, website or anything to help us re-start the game client and not quit the game room. This will help a lot.

I think it's necessary to solve this not-responding problem. How about you guys?
