My take on Vladimir (and also skarner cause wynaut)

Personally, I play vladimir and think hes alright. I didnt join the bandwagon for this whole LCS thing, heck, i dont even watch the lcs. I think he is a great pick for certain enemy comps and even for team comps. But anyways, he can get shut down really hard. From an 800 gold item. From ganks. Almost any gap closer. He isnt exactly powerful, but he isnt weak either.

Ive been playing a lot of Skarner recently, and was looking at his stats when i noticed that his win rate jumped to somewhere around 80% for a small amount of time recently, and was wondering why?
