Give some compensation or general buffs already!

And I'm not necessarily talking about ADCs. The only ADC I'd like to see compensation on is Sivir. She was already an extremely weak early and mid game champion, and now her 3 item spike is even weaker with even less utility. I'm not even sure what buff she can get to make her viable. Maybe increasing the AD ratio of her W so she at least gets access to waveclear a bit earlier?

Janna also needs compensation. I understand the need to nerf shields to some extent, even though I don't really agree with this, but seeing how Janna dropped from 52.5% win rate down to 49.8%, I do believe it's time to bring some power back to her. Giving her the MS and damage on her W that was taken away some patches ago feels like the correct thing to do. Give her back 5 MS and 5 damage on her W.

Viktor. Jeez, the kind of "buffs" you are giving him are completely irrelevant. The extra shielding does nothing (especially since you nerfed Archangel's), the extra damage on his Q is almost negligible, and the extra damage on his R is also laughable. He really needs access to his first upgrade earlier. Bring the first upgrade cost down to 1000 gold, as it always was and increase the third upgrade to 1000 as well.
