Easy Fix for Dynamic Queue

Make the Support role worth playing again. When spellthief, relic shield and ancient coin first came out, they were amazing. Supports had the ability to actually influence the game beyond being a ward bot. Now the Support items are overall terrible. The only TRULY good one is far better on a laning champ than supports.

If you fix this, people will actually WANT to play support again. This will balance out queues. And so would an ACCURATE estimate of queue times relative to the roles you chose.
