Evelynn is actually pretty trash.

Ekko's buff is jungle oriented. He has not been a problem since riot lowered his base damage.

Xin's W got changed to make him less brain-dead and give him something to do aside from pressing all the buttons and right clicking. His attack speed steroid is on his E and his heal is his passive.

Rengar isn't in a particularly good spot. He's not overbearingly powerful.

Kayn is fine.

Ornn actually does a fuck ton of damage. His W does up to 20% max HP damage and his brittle proc deals 12% max HP damage.

Aight.
Typically I don't see people whining about these specific champs (except maybe kayn and ornn for the reasons you mentioned), and personally I don't see issues with any, so here is what I think your issue is:

Most of the people you mentioned have strong ganks when their gankees are overextended. Thus, I'm guessing ur just ass as watching your back, and always go aggro in lane. So, I would suggest either learning to be more passive, purchasing red wards/warding in general, and watching the map. In terms of champions, I would suggest people with more running-away potential (DrMundo Ahri Kennen Quinn ), or with a good resistance to ganks (Illaoi Kennen Illaoi Renekton Illaoi ). Alternatively, you could try playing the ones you think are OP, and watch how people deal with them. I know that after playing Kayn and Rengar, I knew what they wanted and it was a lot easier to counter them.

Hope this helps

Just because you dont know how to play against them, just because you dont know their glaring weaknesses and just because you dont know how to exploit those weaknesses, doesnt mean that champions are "broken".

Instead of hoping that Riot will nerf champions that you dont know how to play against, try focusing on learning how to play and improving your own game and champion knowledge.

ornn does a ass load of dmg and has some of the most cc in the game on top of brittle being able to make it longer, hes fine as is there is literally nothing that needs to be changed
