How to deal with trolls

I got into a solo/duo game and got yasuo support since I was exactly 1 win(if I dodged I would take 2 wins) away from my promos I didn't dodge and counted on somebody else to dodge.Nope we got into the game so I was afk for the remake and got a 5 min ban since I dont do it often but I also lost lp... I be like nvm next game will be better so I get to the next one and I was setting up my music playlist so I just locked my champ and set up runes and didn't even look at my team picks when I get to the game I realise I have vayne jg... Needless to say we lost that game not I am at 30 somthing lp. Other games I get jg yi rundowning mid. It's just crazy how the beeep am I supposed to climb?
