Hey, I was wondering about this combo, tried it, realized my comp isn't fast enough to respond to it. So the combo is, you e to them, you charge up your q, use flash to get close to them, and then let go of q and they fall into your e, happens really fast. Give it a shot. Not sure. Told you why and how. Please tell me. Thanks.
It can happen if you manage to macro Q exactly after E. But it's so unhealthy to a combo and unlikely that it happens. It would seem always better to Q -> E since then they will be in E radius and you can flash if they do.
Probably too unreliable, what if the enemy champ just dodges your Q or you fail the stun and they get away? You waste your flash for nothing
It's much better to Q->E or E stun->auto->Q stab
My favourite is solokilling an ADC with:
E->
stun, 
auto->Q stab, auto->R
