Singed...hmmmm

Riot makes Singed laugh every time he tosses a champ, he is admittedly a 'troll' champ, and has an accepted motto of "he does what he wants". So you, as a player, should be able to act as such. Reporting a toxic player who plays singed is an oxymoron, as he is literally playing a champ who laughs when he throws his opponent over his head and quite literally leaves a toxic trail behind him.
