I dislike velkoz's passive

In fariness, it seems a little too strong at the moment. His abilities are all fairly spammy and it kind of annoys me. I wouldn't know what to change but it just seems like velkoz is very strong right now, maybe a little too strong? While I do understand he hardly has an escape. He doesn't really need one.
