(Dynamic Queue) Allow us to see our available champions for swaps!

For the most part, I actually like the dynamic queue system (although there are some good suggestions out there for improvements).

However, I was grouped up with some friends and realized that after the initial "Pick Intended Champion" you can't see what champions you have available to play until you are picking! The biggest problem with this (as I see it) is that we are unable to effectively coordinate swaps, because someone can't look and see if they have the champion the person would prefer to trade for or not. This is a fairly big deal, to my mind, because sometimes you don't want to risk being counter-picked (which happens all the time in Draft), but unless your teammate just knows whether they have the champion you want, you can't rely on getting the swap. It goes both directions, in that you may want to play a champion that the teammate (who is picking) has access to, but you might not be sure whether you have that champion available, because you can't look at your champion pool!

Please give us a way to look at our available champion pools after the bans (like before)!
