They buffed and it made his lack of consistency feel better as he could hit his spells without his team mates. Then they kneecapped and nerfed his R speed/damage and E damage along with his Q and scaling with level. They wanted to emphasize his mid/late game strengths but didnt give him anything even worth mentioning after all those nerfs.

I want to say he has damage mid/late game but not only is that not true cause he has to have 4+ items and pray the enemy doesnt get MR. He has to hope his team can CC his targets so he can get his mediocre damage off. If his delayed spells hit like trucks then there would be a reason to why they were delayed but as of right now, they hit like soft noodles and are slow. I didnt even get to part about him not being reliable at all. His only reliable spell, Q was nerfed early with a small buff to the initial cast.

Its been 2 season since he has seen the light and nothing has been changed up until now. The buffs to his ult and shield on his Q. Not only does this not fix the main problems of but these changes were nerfed aswell and some didnt even make it through.

Riot needs to start asking around about but I have a feeling they already know whats wrong with him and how to deal with it but they choose not to do anything worth while and instead beat around the bush throwing pity buffs hoping to calm down the pleas.
