Howling Abyss Needs AP Sweeper Item

Something important missing from Howling Abyss right now is a sweeper for AP champions (no mana required on the item, the tank sweeper already has that). AD champions have Lightbringer, mana tanks have Hextech Sweeper (Arcane Sweeper with today's PBE update), but AP champions (including manaless AP tanks such as Zac and possibly even Vlad due to his build path) have nothing. They did have a sweeper at one point, but the item the sweeper was on was removed from the game. So I ask, can AP champions get a sweeper again? It's annoying when your comp is all AP champions vs a Teemo, Shaco, and Jhin making it so you have no way to find their traps without sacrificing your build to do so (which AD and mana tanks don't have to do).
