So now that Doran's Shield has changed, what should I pick into Yasuo?

Title. This is NOT a complaint thread. I'm not complaining about Yasuo here. All I want to know is now that Doran's shield is no longer damage mitigation and now HP regen, what first item should I pick into Yasuo?

Before the change, you pick Doran's Shield and dodge his Qs and generally wait until you get ninja tabi, then Yasuo can't do much once you all-in on him, but now thats less possible than it was before because Doran's Shield now no longer lowers the actual damage taken and instead regens 20 Hp, which does not help you against him.

So, do I start cloth 5 and rush tabi or what? Its kinda frustrating because I just learned how to play against him with the OLD shield and then abruptly get the rug pulled out from under me and now I don't know what to build.

I play mainly Riven and Shen, btw, if you guys needed any context. Riven is typically strong against him, but she still needed the old Doran's Shield.
