Riot do you even check anything important on the forums/boards (w/e) anymore?
at least tell me you guys are looking at the "Report a Bug" board

Of course they watch the bug report forums. They just have better things to do than reply to them the 1000th time it's posted.
Make sure you read the guidelines for bug reporting (on the left here) so they can more easily track them.
While they don't post so much, pretty sure someone keeps an eye on it for anything they may not notice. Any other forums (gameplay and balance for instance) I can honestly say seriously lacks any useful information for Riot to put to use.
