Kalista should get some improved AD scaling on her rend and Q

Kalista showed up in pro play for like 2 months and ended up getting nerfed harder than Tristana who has been dominating every elo in solo queue, pros, and every other form of organized play.

that extra 30 seconds added to her ult at every rank is huge, and if Kalista is going to remain relevant compared to how broken the IE ADC are she needs improved AD scaling to make up for her lack of playmaking during the early/mid game. If Kalista is now going to have a weaker early game due to her huge ult CD, she deserves some improved late game scaling.
