RAM more fps

Hey guys i have a question.My laptop specs are pretty bad: Intel I3 3271U 4gb of ddr3 ram and a gt 720m I'm planing on upgrading my ram to 12gb and to an ssd. Will it boost my fps or not. Btw im playing on the lowest setting possible and getting between 30-40 fps and 15 fps in teamfights
