No one seems to remember the outrageous thing spelvamp used to be

back in the day when it would heal of 100 aoe damage

Veigar getting a full healbar back for landing their W Mordekaiser being 1v5 pentakilling machines Karthus getting nothing cuz he used his ult during his passive. then riot said NO only adc may heal 200 damage per critted auto attack and regeneration their full healtbar back from being near dead and AA'ing the minion wave. so now we are/were stuck with spelvamp and it being removed

so to recap very old spelvamp issues. it just healed too much all at once better then healing spells

revamped spellvamp only works on certain champs and those champ often have to forego it due to them needing raw ap to do their job.

and now riot bascially wants to remove spellvamp completely as a stat exept on gunblade. (if you wana call that spellvamp)

so i was thinking how about giving spellvamp the following mechanic's

it works over 100% of the damage done it only applies after the full damage of the cast is done and then applies (so for dots it would apply after the dot wears off) it applies a health regen of 4 or X amount of seconds when it is applied it cannot be applied until activated and has run out.

so to give an example lets say veigar lands his W on 3 people and gets a return of 700 health on spellvamp this would then apply as a heal over time and during this heal over time spellvamp cannot apply again. so it doesn't stack but 1 of your spells can heal you for a lot.
