Ryze needs buffs and here's a solution
Ryze is currently sitting at 45% winrate (4th lowest) and the 7th lowest kda average in the game. He's been horrible ever since the rework and little has been done to fix the "Ryze is on our team, this is going to be one of the heaviest matches to carry this week" problem, so I propose this:
Make his E secondary bounces do 75% of base damage instead of 50%. If this is still not enough, drop the lowered damage on E bounces completely. Make it random bouncing again if need be, but this ability being buffed is really all he needs to git gud again. Even in the best case scenario late game at full build (Not counting stacking 6 seraphs to full in one game) his E is going to be doing 350~ extra damage (Before resistances) to one target every 2.5~ seconds and an extra 100~ on every other bounce. It's not enough to make him too OP in high elo, but it's enough to make him not feed every game below Diamond 3. Besides, E is generally maxed last as a skill so you wouldn't see any real damage difference output other than in late game where he should rightfully be super strong and actually do something if he can make it there.
This is my two cents on the matter, let me know if it's a good or bad idea and either way if it can be improved upon. I'm pretty sure we can all agree Ryze needs SOMETHING, so why not this?
is actually very strong, and the problem isn't him. It's just that the whole Community isn't a big fan of machine-gun playstyle, and they preferred the lazy "Click 1 button to do tons of damage" playstyle.
